Dr. Alan Bolton, M.D.P.C

Dr. Alan E. Bolton, M.D., who specializes in obstetrics and gynecology, offers a plethora of procedures and practices to address the needs of the everyday woman. Dr. Bolton began his medical career earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University College of Medicine, and to further his knowledge in the Ob/Gyn specialty, Dr. Bolton completed his residency training at William Beaumont Hospital, right here in Royal Oak, Michigan. Augmenting his skills and training, Dr. Bolton garnered several board certifications including those of Obstetrics and Gynecology, fellowship in the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and membership in the American Fertility Society. Due to his continued practice in the field of Ob/Gyn and his affiliation with renowned Beaumont Hospital, Dr. Bolton readily offers friendly and informative services to many women in the Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, and northern metropolitan Detroit area.

Teri A. Custer, M.S., PA-C

Teri is a certified Physician Assistant (PA), licensed in the State of Michigan.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts degree from Wayne State University and a Master of Science degree in PA studies from the University of Detroit Mercy.  She is certified through the NCCPA.  She is a member of the following organizations: American Academy of Physician Assistants, Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants, Association of Physician Assistants in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

She has been trained, licensed and certified to provide a variety of medical services including annual well-woman exams, surgical procedures, gynecological exams, prenatal and postpartum care, and family planning.  In addition to her experience in obstetrics and gynecology, she also practices
in the field of dermatology, where she treats patients with dermatological disorders including acne, rashes and skin cancer.  Plus, she is fluent in a second language - Polish.
